Since 1985, Jerry George has built his career working with Texas farmers, ranchers, and landowners to improve crop production, rangeland management, and the long-term productivity of their land.
A lifelong Texan, Jerry grew up working on his family's cattle ranch and alongside his father's veterinary practice. Those experiences taught him early that productive land and responsible stewardship go hand in hand.
Jerry graduated from Tarleton State University with a degree in Agricultural Education. He began his professional career teaching agriculture in Hubbard, Texas, before moving into production agriculture and building a decades-long career as a trusted crop advisor.
That agricultural experience shapes the way Jerry evaluates and markets property today. Where others may simply see acreage, Jerry considers soil quality, water resources, forage production, carrying capacity, agricultural improvements, and long-term productivity. He helps clients understand not only what a property is today, but also what it can grow, support, and become in the years ahead. It is practical, ground-level knowledge that rarely appears on a real estate listing sheet.
Today, Jerry brings his agricultural background and firsthand knowledge of the land to Central Texas farm, ranch, rural residential, and development real estate with Kim Hill Real Estate Group. He assists buyers and landowners with cattle ranches, recreational properties, hunting land, farms, acreage homesites, development tracts, and rural investment properties.
Jerry's approach is straightforward and practical: provide clear, honest guidance to people who want the truth about a property, not simply a sales pitch. His Central Texas service area includes Coryell, McLennan, Bosque, Hamilton, Hill, Bell, Limestone, and Falls counties, as well as surrounding communities.

Jerry and his wife, Gina, have been married since 1996. Together, they raised three sons who now have families of their own. When Jerry is not walking a fence line, evaluating a property, or reading a soil report, he enjoys golfing, hunting, and fishing with his family.
